    FAQs

    You are in control of selecting which users are active testers.
    When adding a new user, you can mark a tester as active. If the tester is currently marked as inactive, you can activate them immediately or on the first day of the upcoming month. If you mark a tester as active mid-month, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of that month.
    If a tester is currently marked as active, you can select an option to mark them as inactive on the first day of the next month. You cannot mark a tester as inactive for the current month.
    No. All plans listed above allow for an unlimited number of tests to be entered each month.
    No. We do not charge cancellation fees. You are free to cancel your account anytime, which will take effect on the first day of the next billing cycle. And there are no data lock-ins. We can provide an export of your data upon request.
