We understand that your backflow business may be slower during certain times of the year. You can activate or deactivate testers as needed, with changes taking effect on the first of the next billing cycle. This ensures that you will only be charged for active testers.
Any user with administrative rights can activate or deactivate testers.
A minimum of one tester is required for all plans, regardless of activity.
We count a “test report” at the point when the results are logged in the application, the test is completed, and a PDF test report is generated. Test results can be entered and saved for later without affecting your charges. We will bill you solely based on the number of test reports generated, regardless if that test is considered a pass, fail or incomplete.
You will incur overage charges for each additional test report generated above the test report limit. We will continue charging you an overage charge for each additional test report generated until you upgrade to the next plan. You can upgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect on the first day of the next month.
Yes. If you have more than one tester, the test report limits are pooled together. For example, if you have three active testers, your pool of test reports is 75. After 75 test reports are generated, you will be charged the overage price of $0.75 per additional test. When it will save you money, we suggest upgrading to the Complete Plan for all three testers.
No. All testers at a particular company will be on the same plan.
No. We do not charge cancellation fees. You are free to cancel your account anytime, which will take effect on the first day of the next billing cycle. And there are no data lock-ins. We can provide an export of your data upon request.
