Invoices are automatically generated for each test that is performed in Syncta. Testers can add line items to an invoice while they are entering test results to include additional charges for repairs or labor.
After an invoice is created, you can email it to the customer with the click of a button.
Customers can pay for their invoices online. We are directly integrated with Stripe for credit card processing.
Syncta can also help you create and send a quote or work order to your customer before performing any work.
